I have certainly become one of those who can now say "I remember when".

This huge freeway project is 20 years in the making... and more than 20 million I am guessing. 
One day you are staring at a beautiful, peaceful, nature-filled, sunset-lit  moutainside, the next you have a highway out your window.   For some in these neighborhoods, it's not a bother!  For some it's a welcome addition and can take some of the speed demons off their roads and put them up high and be forgotton.

Far from a time when there was nothing but nothing.  This view might frighten someone who was frozen in time 100 years ago and woke up today.  This however, will one day become just another cement scupture to us and will mostly go unnoticed eventually. 

But for those of us who have been traveling these mountains long before there was what there is,  I have certainly become one of those who now say "I remember when".

It's easy to talk about all the available properties, there are so many choices, but the real serious real estate talkers, talk about what has sold. In a market of so much opinion and question, there is nothing more solid than a chart with numbers and even some in bold.
