Weather, for some, is the key to any new home. I have someone who always needs to know the weather, and whether or not it's cold, windy, or hot. Deciding on a place to live or a property to buy can easily have many detailed lists. The only list I can not present is one that could chart a person's emotions. But I can predict the outcome still. And I am right 99% of the time. Much like the weather channel.
